HGTV goes to Highland Park

A 115 year old bungalow was given a facelift in the Highland Park area of Los Angeles. The owners wanted to add a second bathroom to the home and open up the kitchen area and connect to the living room. The galley kitchen was demo’ed and a wall knocked down to make the living room, dining room and kitchen one big room. A big kitchen island was built with one side used as seating for the dining table.

The area of the laundry room next to the kitchen was completely revamped into the new second bathroom complete with a shower and sit down bench.
